Great Product!
I started taking these as an alternative to going on birth control to help alleviate some of the symptoms of my periods. I bleed very heavily when I am on my period. I started taking these several days before my period and while on my period. The level of bleeding is substantially different! I hardly bleed at all as long as I take this. I won't go into all of the details, but it helps regulate and normalize my flow. I take 2 capsules three times a day while on my period. Definitely worth the price! I would also recommend taking red raspberry leave supplements. I would have intensely painful cramps and the raspberry leaves help relieve the sharp, intense pain. I still take motrin while I am on my period, but even motrin doesn't take away all the pain. The raspberry leaves help out alot and I don't have to take as much motrin when I am on my period. Hopefully this information helps. These products both work great for me...

***** BLEEDING ULCER *********
I had a bleeding ulcer. The reason I know is because my stool was black. I had this shipped to me overnight and started to taking them. I took the capsuls 2 after each meal. I was trying to get a appointment with a VA doctor but could not. In 13 days, my stool was back to normal and the pain in my stomach was gone. This saved my life and I would tell anyone to use it for a ulcer. Now as to the cold and flue, it don't work. I have one of the worst cold that I have ever had and it started about 4 days ago, so this will not help with a cold.

worked like a charm
These delayed my period for about a week. I recommend you get at least 2 bottles because you have to take 6 a day. These pills are really easy to swallow and relive cramps, too.
