Pricey, but has benefits
Got boxes of this product from my chiropractor. I haven't eaten mine yet -- 3 a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) -- but my husband is on his second box. It lowered his cholesterol significantly enough that our regular doctor was surprised. Not saying this has medical benefits: just reporting what changed in my husband's blood panel. Great product but too expensive . . . .
i love the fact that the chocolate is cold-pressed (instead of heat-processed) which preserves many of the highly beneficial chemicals/nutrients/antioxidants found in very dark chocolate. i understand that the cold-pressing process is probably quite expensive relative to heat-processing, and that is surely why this product is so expensive. i'm sure that if the company reduced the price they would definitely sell much more (i know i would buy more !) but at the current price i don't think i will be a return customer. however the chocolate does taste pretty good. Healthy, Moreso Expensive
I purchased a box from my coworker in Alaska. The reason this is so darn expensive is not because it is so revolutionary, but because MXI corp owns the patented technology for the cold press chocolate process. Heating chocolate destroys many of the healthy "ingredients" in chocolate and cold pressing does not. This is why they can charge people so much. This may very well be more healthy than any other chocolate (while still preserving much flavor without being too sweet in the least). I can say that it is very rich, yet subtle. Once piece can satisfy your craving for a while. Take my advice and do not buy this as the price stands... until the boxes go down to at least 50-60 dollars, they are simply not worth what they provide. Top to learn more
