Great pet carrier!
I just recently purchased this bag to transport my cat in an international flight. The bag is perfect if you want to keep a low profile during the trip. Only a few people noticed that I was carrying a cat with me! (kids most of the time). Anyway I think this bag is perfect to carry your pet in air flights but training your pet to become used to it is very important as well.The bag fits perfectly under a plane seat. I would've liked a set of wheels in the base of the bag to drag it around since my cat is really heavy (about 12 lbs) but other than that I have no complaints from this bag. The materials are very resistant and high quality.Definitely a must buy if you intend to take your pet with you in the plane. Highly recommend!.

Cat Carrier good but removal of pet for security check is necessary
I am very pleased with my carriers. I have not encountered the problem with the zippers that is mentioned in another review but will recheck them for sure. Yes, putting the cat in and walking around the house with them is important to getting them used to it instead of jamming the cat in and taking off. Cats do not like surprises. ** Be aware that you must take the cat out of the carrier and carry him/her through security and have the carrier pass through x-ray. This is not easy for someone who is not *very* familiar with handling a terrified cat on a maiden voyage in the airport. Like the fact that it looks like an ordinary carry on bag.

Toy Poodle loves it!
Oh my gosh! The first time I put my 5 lb toy poodle in this she was a little skeptical. I walked around the house for a minute and then took her out. A little later I brought it out again and she came running over & wanted in it. A few days later when I brought it out again she started jumping up and down in excitement because she wanted in. When I take her out she's usually on a leash. I use this sling if I go to a gardening center or hardware store. They probably wouldn't let you come in with a dog on a leash, but in this little pouch they didn't say a word. We both love it!By the way, the sling was too long for me (I'm 5'3") and my dog was bouncing off my thigh when I walked, so I took it into the cleaners/tailor to have it shortened a few inches.

My little girl loves it!
For most dogs, you will need to train your dog to stay in the sling. Those who complain that the dogs might jump out...of course they will at first, until they feel SAFE in the sling!Now my girl, for whatever reason, the MOMENT I put it on she got excited. I picked her up, put her in it and she settled RIGHT into it and was happy as a clam! She weighs about 5.5 pounds and is a chihuahua/chinese crested/naked mole rat/muppet mix. (In other words...we have no idea. For all we know, she may be a cute exotic rat.) Now when she sees it, she gets SO excited. I put it on, bend over, she turns around and backs her little hiney right into it and makes herself comfortable. Keeps her from being underfoot in the morning. Actually the main reason I got it was for dog parks (the big dogs like to play longer than she does, and it keeps her close so we don't have to watch her AND them). One morning I nearly stepped on her for the 456,039,291.5th time and I grabbed the sling. That was all...

Exactly what I wanted and more
I recently got a new job that allows dogs in the office - yay! I take the bus to work - boo! Enter this bag - yay, again!My dog weighs around 8 lbs, so the bag is pretty roomy for her without being unwieldy in size as I cram onto public transit. I really didn't want to be *that* girl carrying around a "purse dog", so the simple style was a must for me. The bag has plenty of ventilation but looks a lot like a standard messenger bag. Though pets are allowed in bags on the bus, you never know which driver you're going to get or how fellow passengers are going to react. Awesome non flashy carrier!
I do not carry purses and never had so when it came to looking for a bag to carry my pomeranian in, I kept running into the same problem; all these dog purses/carriers that were Paris Hilton-esque. I have been looking for a container for my small dog for years. After seeing a woman at a motorcycle rally that was using a T Bag, I checked them out on line. The search was not easy, but I finally found one, ordered it, and used it immediately, for a 1,000 mile trip for my little guy. My Chihuahua-Rat Terrier-Jack Russel was hesitant at first, successfully locked his legs on the edges of the bag for the first two days of my trying to insert the little fellow in to his new home, but ultimately began to jump on my bike seat and get in the bag all by himself after I lifted him toward the side opening.By day three of the week long ride, he LOVED his T Bag. This is a fantastic-though expensive-sturdy bag. I can hook his harness inside the bag, zip him in, and either completely keep him inside, protected from the elements, or open the two side-flaps and the top-flap, to expose fabric netting to allow more air flow. Perfect
This bag looks great on my trike. It maintains the low profile of my solo seat style. It is well-made and easy to attach. I love how it converts to a carrying case or a backpack. The straps are comfy. I will feel secure with my dearly loved pup riding in it. The bottom is sturdy and the felt liner is soft. The zippers are heavy duty and everything works easily and well.

Very durable and adaptable
I've had this bag for 3 years and it constantly keeps up to the demands I put on it. My 16lb terrier was at first hesitant to get into it, but once she figured out she would be on the motorcycle it's become her second home. I took this bag and my dog on an 8,000 mile road trip from Illinois to up and down the west coast and back again. After I sprayed waterproofing on the outside, it protected my dog from rain, hail, and wind.I like the double zipped side and tope panels that allow partial or full ventilation. The top opening is THE best for the dogs comfort and enjoyment. The interior d-rings keep the pet securely and stable as my terrier is always leaning out to get the wind in her face.The maximum time of comfort for her was about 6 hours on the bike, but she was game everyday to get on the bike even after 3 1/2 weeks of riding. After the second year, the zippers got a little corroded from dirt and waterproofing, but was able to work them back into motion...
