The best I've found so far
I use a lot of bay leaves in cooking and have tried all the major brands as well as lesser known organic labeled ones. I always come back to Spice Island even though the price is a bit daunting. The flavor is strong and rich. A little (one or two leaves) goes a long way. You've only to look at, smell and handle the leaves to see their quality. There is consistency of quality from leaf to leaf in a bottle; all chunky, bright green, without mottling or brown dry looking spots.
