One of the reasons I bought such a large HTPC case was to have lots of room to maneuver and this case does not always work out that way. It would be nice if the part that holds the hard drives could be removed out the top and slide out as a unit as is the case in both of my desktop tower cases. As it was, one of my hard drives failed and it required me to pull the motherboard in order to replace it and upon replacing the motherboard (which I have to do far too often with this case) something fried. In order to install or remove a hard drive one must pull the power supply or in my case the motherboard (due to using a Cooler Master V8 CPU heatsink). Unlike several other cases I've had there is no isolation for the hard drives, which bolt directly to the aluminum chassis. I just think this one needs some updating to the hard drive cages, optical drive mount and card reader. Those fears were quickly dispelled though, after receiving it. This case has a fantastic design for building an HTPC for a medium-large sized entertainment system. The only way to do this was to remove the multi-card flash reader in order to plug the cables in. Has great storage for 6 hard drives but only one setup for a dvd drive. This is my 3rd case from Silverstone as always they do great job. Removing them means lots of screws and also loosening the allen screws that anchor them to the sides of the case. I have 2 ATI HD4870 and works perfect for this setup, this the one reason why I wanted this type of case in the first place.
