Great in Protein Smoothies
I added two tablespoons of it to my chocolate protein and vanilla soy milk with a few slices of bananna. It was delicious. Tasted just like my smoothies with regular peanut butter. It cut out 160 calories and 14.8 grams of fat.

INCREDIBLE WHEN MIXED WITH JELLY!
I first purchased PB2 in Manhattan and was so excited about its great taste that I bought another four jars and mixed spoonfuls for colleagues at work. You can use PB2 as others have suggested, but I like it on sandwiches. My entire life I've been addicted to peanut butter, so much so that during college I ate 4 lbs of freshly ground health store peanut butter per week! I find that when I mix 2 TBSP of PB2 powder with jelly and put it on a sandwich it tastes as good as any peanut butter sandwich I've ever had.At 55, I'm blessed to be in great shape and have tried to stop eating peanut butter all together but it's impossible. So I'm here to order four more jars of what I consider to be a miracle: PB2! Mix it with jelly (even margarine or a little butter) and enjoy an extremely low fat, old fashioned peanut butter sandwich.

Better than the rest
This comes in powdered form that you mix with water to the consistancy that you like. It is by far the best low cal/low fat peanut butter product. I've tried them all, and although it's not as good as full fat/full cal peanut butter - it's pretty good.

UPDATE 11/4/11: OMG, this is AWESOME!!!! Finally a really good alternative to high fat peanut butter
Guys: Although this may not have the exact taste of a typical commercial brand peanut butter out of the jar, it is VERY CLOSE. THIS IS THE ONE THAT SATISFIES A CRAVING FOR CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER without all the fatty oil.. It has no chemical or weird aftertaste (it's the most peanut-nutty tasting alternative out there which I've tried), and you really can adjust the consistency based on the amount of liquid you add. Although I previously favored the "Better-n-Peanut Butter" brand sold here and at Trader Joe's (which needs no mixing or preparation and has a real peanut butter texture), I must admit that the taste of "better n peanut butter" is not nearly as good as PB2 ( "Better n Peanut Butter" is less peanut-y and does have an odd sort of after taste) and it...

Delicious!
I have counting calories and have lost 100 pounds in 13 months. I CRAVE peanut butter and PB2 gives me the PB fix I need and with less than half the calories....tastes great, I love it, healthy, satisfying. Peanut butter lovers who are trying to lose weight, this stuff will definitely help!Only thing is I wish it was available in a local store and it is a little pricey...

Great product, not a great value.
This stuff is awesome, but at $7 for a relatively small jar it is very expensive. Also keep in mind that this powder is very fluffy and will lose a lot of volume when reconstituted.If you take out the entire jar and mix water until it's the consistency of peanut butter, you will wind up with about 1/2 or less the original volume, so 2 jars (at $14) is about the same volume peanut butter as one jar full... ouch.That being said, looking past the outrageous price, the product is GREAT, my two jars ended up being gobbled down in a matter of days.

One word: SMOOTHIES!
Oh my goodness... If all I ever used this in was smoothies, I'd still get my money's worth. I never imagined I could drink a peanut butter smoothie without first packing my bags for a fat/calorie guilt trip! In order to get this much peanut butter flavor you'd have to add a ton of peanut butter to even perceive it in there. To the woman that said it was too pricey, I'd say that ONE peanut butter smoothie from Jamba Juice costs as much as a bag of this stuff. I'm SO glad I found this product and can't wait to see what other yummy uses I can find for it. The possibilities are endless!Try this recipe: 1 cup non-dairy milk (soy or almond) 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp PB2 or PB2 chocolate Blend and enjoy.

the PB2 with coco added is fabulous for eating or cooking. This one I can mix and eat with a spoon or a pretzel or what have you and be really satisfied. The PB2 without coco is great for cooking with, but is really dissappointing straight.

This product is wonderful! For a low-fat, low calorie alternative to peanut butter, this is the one. I use the chocolate version - cocoa added. Surprising
I have tried both the PB2 and Cocoa PB2, and am thoroughly surprised. I wrote a review for PB2 and wanted to do same for this product. While chocolate isn't nearly my thing, I had such low expectations thinking it was just like a diet soda or skim milk thing... you eat it, not better than real thing, but sacrifice worth the reduction in fat and calories.This is really good. Shockingly. So much in fact that I will actually not go back to JIF and all the bad stuff in it. Ingredients are simply peanuts, salt, sugar.. that's it.I do see seller dropped price, most likely in response to the above comment. Went to manufacturer website, and when you add their high shipping vs free amazon, and you don't get the two day prime, not sure if just a wash. Plus, I love amazon. So may be slightly cheaper elsewhere, but not as much as I thought, and way worth the immediate gratification in my case to get it quickly and be sure I get it.

So Good why isn't it Bad???
After a couple of days to try out these 2 Peanut butter substitutes (the regular and chocolate versions) I can say I'm a convert. I LOVE peanut butter, for me it's a trigger food. If I eat it, I tend to want to eat half the jar at once and it can lead to wanting to eat other things I know I shouldn't. I've worked damn hard to shed 170lb this past year and half and indulging in PB is something I very rarely do anymore. I'd all but given it up. So actually finding something like this, which will allow me to enjoy the occasional PB&J sandwich without the feelings of guilt and remorse is a godsend!The reg. version of PB2 does have a roasted peanut taste to it, so it's not quite like regular PB, you don't get the salty sweeter taste of Jiff or Skippy. JUST the roasted peanut taste. But it's quickly adapted to. And the Chocolate version (which I was more skeptical of) was even better! Tiny but Tasty!
Yes, these "crackers" are more like peanut butter cookies, they taste very much like nutter butter cookies, and are very small (just one is about the size of your finger tip) as other reviewers have stated. But they pack a very intense peanut butter flavor so a little goes a long way. Which is good, as a little is all you can have if you adhere to the recommended portion size. One way to make sure you don't accidentally eat more than you're supposed to, is to portion out the servings into small little ziplock bags or wrap them up in cellophane then twist tie them off and store in a large ziplock bag to keep them fresh. I suggest doing that for just about everything you eat. It's what I do to keep track of the calories these days. And at least that way if you do eat more, you can't claim ignorance about how much you actually ate. It does help keep you honest.Would have given this 5 stars, but I didn't really appreciate the fact that these cookies were not shipped in a box...
