Great MP4 for the Price
I bought this player for my 11 year old and have had great luck with it. We found that it was easy to load music, videos and games on from my computer - just a matter of copying files from the computer to the device. It is also easy to use once you get the hang of it. The screen is bright and crisp and it seems to be pretty durable. My daughter loves the internal speaker (no ear buds required) and the touch screen display. The only "wishes" that we have for it are - a place to put the little "pen" on the machine, and that the touch screen were a little more sensitive. Her best friend has an I-pod Nano and was jealous of all the features that this little player has and how well it works compared to the I-pod.

Great customer support
First of all NEVER DOWNLOAD LARGE FILES DIRECTLY ON TO THE MP4, if you do the MP4 will crash(i.e. turn off forever). This happened to me and others. Once it crashes there is nothing you can do to get it working again, you can avoid the problem by transfering only small files at a time. I contacted Pro biz customer support before and after my MP4 crashed they contacted me within an hour after I emailed them and were very helpful. I had some problems getting video on to the MP4 so he sent me to, [...],where there was a simple and easy proceeder to get video on to the device. They also told me that currently the only game available on the MP4 is the one already on it, but they are working on making more. They also told me that the MP4 only takes mini SD cards, it will not take micro or SDHC cards, there is a difference. So in conclusion I rated the product a 4 even though it crashed on me because of the great customer support and because you can avoid the crashing by being sure to...

Sound quality is great. Good battery life. Very light and thin. Has a nice little screen, and rubber backing. Loads of features for [...] bucks (normally retails for [...] - rightly so), and nice 4 gigs of capacity! Obviously it's not an ipod touch, but I'd take this over a classic ipod or ipod shuffle/nano ANY DAY.. I also like that I don't have to feel like I'm handling glass when I use it. I owned an ipod touch, and I was almost afraid to handle it because it felt so delicate. This product actually feels light and durable. Also, it makes for a great flash drive, as well as having excellent reception in the FM tuner.. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants a good mp3 player at a great price.

Very light wich surprised me and good picture and i just dropped it and it still works which is a plus.Pros-easy to read-easy music transfer-portable-sounds awsome especially with skull candies- puts your music in order and even has album/artist order as wellCons (nothing big)- hard to find music when you have alot since you only have a push button but just hold it and it goes by kinda fast- when you want to search for a new song you have to start from the beginning everytime which sucks but o well- takes a few seconds to turn on and shut off but aging no biggieOver all, good player and is well recomended

I have been using ths device for about 3 weeks already, and the following are the pro's and con's I encountered while using this device:Pros:-Cheap-looks good, nice sleek and proffessional design-nice UI interface-radio-battery life (all day non-stop playing and quick charge)-light and slimCons:- horrible headphones (no ear bud broke within an hour of first using it, the other 3 weeks after), but average sound quality. Recommend buying separate durable ear buds.- Takes a few seconds too load and shut down, but this is a minor inconvenience.-Organization, if you are looking for a specific song, you must either know the album, or know the order. Haven't tried other mp3 players before, but it is not that fluid. Feels like you are looking at your songs folder in your computer. (no search function)-Video ( can only accept a really low quality format (.MTV), which you need a video converter for 99% of all of...

First of all i got free shipping(which i wouldn't do again)and they held the product for five days before shipping.Once they shipped it,it came by usps so it was not bad.Anyhow,this ipod copy(as they call them)does everything it's supposed to and more.I am not by any means a computer geek or software specialist but i had a full length movie loaded in it the first night. Shocked Me!!But i did do one important thing,i read the instructions on the website and followed them. first try,loaded a current movie(1.35 gb).played perfectly. this was so easy because you just open the player up on usb and find the file (movie,song,pics)and just drag it over to the player.It took about 4 minutes do download the whole 1.35 gb movie.Remember you have to follow instructions including downloading the converting software but that was very easy too.The...

Absolutely met my expectations!!
I was searching for an MP3 without the complexities as the apple ipod. The only issue I have is that I don't like the earphones provided and I would like to get a case for it, if anyone has any suggestions please advise. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my buy. I've dowloaded music very easy and overall everything is what I expected in an MP3 easy to use, sound system is great and pictures on videos are better than Apple's ipod, i can actually see them. Is just what I wanted for the price I can't go wrong!! I highly recommend it.

Amazing Little Gadget!
I bought this Mp3 player for my 9 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. The pictures doesn't do this Mp3 any justice! I was a little apprehensive about purchasing it because it's not very expensive but I'm so glad that I did. The player is very durable and the hot pink stainless steel is absolutely gorgeous. The instruction manual that came with it wasn't that good, but we managed to figure it out. it seemed a little dated. Right out of the box the Mp3's touch screen was very responsive but you may have to plug in the charger because it may be dead. The battery was really low. We didn't inquire any issues while setting it up and the sound quality is excellent. I was a little surprised by the video quality because I didn't expect it to be that good but it was. The Mp3 player is loaded with some sample pictures, music and video. It also comes with a CD to use on the computer but we didn't need it because when we plugged it up to the computer with the provided USB...
