Excellent fit
Considering it wasn't real lederhosen, the material was actually quite good. I bought it for my boyfriend for Halloween, and people at the party thought it was real lederhosen. It's a bit tricky to put on (the suspenders can't be adjusted) but once you try it on it looks great. The shirt was made of very good, high quality material as well. Only downside, which was very easy to remedy was that the decorative buttons needed to be re-attached bacause one fell out as he was trying it on for the first time. But, as for the rest of the costume, I am very pleased! It's not overly cheesy like other ones; very simple but cute and comfy. I also liked the fact that it came with the knee-high socks and the hat!

Bavarian Guy Costume is Great!
I purchased this costume for our annual VFW Oktoberfest fundraiser and it looks and fits great. The only problem? No pockets in the pants or shirt so I wasn't able to wear it this year but will find a shirt with a pocket for next year's event. What is really nice about the set is that everything you need is in the package except the shoes!

It'll get the job done.
Made from some kind of velvet-like material. Leather feels like pleather on the suspender parts, but it's very adjustable to get it to fit correctly. Should see me through at least a few Oktoberfests...

Very good.
It's not made from plastic from what I can tell. Very good quality, will stand up for many years of German festivals. My only complaint is that the feather is glued in place. What if I want a different colored feather someday?

Loved This!!!
I bought this costume for an Oktoberfest party and it fit great. The costume is true to size. The only problem (which wasn't really a problem) was that the suspender holes provided did not fit my body length quite right. However, the buckle for the suspenders could easily break through the suspender fabric to create new holes. I also pinned the suspenders to the top so that they wouldn't fall down.
