Smells GREAT!
This is 100% PURE Lavandula Officinalis. It smells exactly the way it's supposed to. This is REAL lavender. I see some reviewers complaining that it smells "watered-down", altered, or different from other oils they've bought. Be sure to check that you weren't buying a lavender hybrid in the past, known as Lavandula x hybrida, or LAVANDIN. It's commonly marketed and sold as real lavender, as companies can claim it is a "type of lavender". While it IS technically a TYPE of lavender, it differs from real lavender in a few ways. Most Notably: the scent of LAVANDIN is much stronger than that of REAL lavender. It's medicinal properties vary somewhat as well. REAL lavender can be used to help heal burns, while the hybrid can actually worsen them! LAVANDIN is used because it's easier to grow, and therefore cheaper. NOW Lavender oil is NOT the hybrid, but the real thing. I believe it is a superior product, but for those of you that prefer the stronger...

Oh, it smells so good.
I put a few drops in my kids' bath each night and the whole house smells wonderful. Sometimes I also put a drop on a tissue and carry it in my pocket. Love the smell of lavender and love to have it with me.

Reasonably priced essentail oils.
I am a big fan of the aura cacia products. I first found them at my favorite health food store. Essential oils can be very expensive, especially for the pure product. I have found these to be top of the line in quality and reasonably priced. My health food store does run specials once in a while, but now I can buy them through Amazon at a great price. They were also delivered in a short period of time.

It does something
I really love the smell of lavender. I carry a vial with me everywhere I go and inhale it often because it has a calming aroma. The very sweet aroma reminds me of mint tea. I am now experimenting with ways to use it to take advantage of its therapeutic qualities. So far I find it's best used in an ultrasonic mister. I tried a few drops in a few tablespoons of jojoba oil and used it as a temple rub. I also place drops on my pillows before bed. I really recommend this for people who want relief from stress and a little relief from anxiety and panic attacks (it's like an emergency inhaler to me).

Helps keep me calm
I'm a law student and also suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. I take medications for my illness but my doctor told me I have to find "other ways to cope with my anxiety." My friend suggested this oil. Now, when I'm studying, I always have a bit of the oil next to me on a cotton ball. The company uses quality lavender and is reasonably priced and I find myself calmer and looking forward to studytime.

A Must Have
This is one of my very favorite Lavenders as it is a bit sweeter than the others. A true lavender scent and as with all Lavenders a MUST HAVE in any aromatherapists' repetoire. This one is true and of higher frequency than others I've purchased, very pleased with it.

My favorite
This could be my favorite lavender, great for therapy of all kinds, fresh scent. I like the orafice reducers on these bottles. I use Lavender for everything, headaches, sleep, anxiety, of course massage. I use it on my skin with too for blackheads and acne. The Edens Garden bulgarian is balanced, affordable and therapeutic.

LoveLoveLavender
I love this lavender oil, I use it in my home rather than other 'home fragrance' sprays. Works well to diffuse the odors from a stinky diaper pail! And I don't have to worry about my son breathing in chemicals that might be harmful to him. Plus, lavender is supposed to be calming, so the bedroom seems like the perfect place to use this scent.

Nice clean scent
I used this oil for soapmaking. The scent is lovely and stays with the soap. It's light and clean smelling. I also put a teaspoon in a spritzer bottle with 1 cup of water to spray on my sheets. The fragrance helps to relax me and I fall asleep quickly.

Pure Essential oil...
There is a difference between a lavender "perfume oil" (mostly synthetic) which smells much nicer than a pure essential oil. Pure oils are not synthetic, and are responsible for the healing properties of oils. Thay may be used in small quantities in perfumes, but usually synthetics are used because essential oil is very "volatile" (meaning it evaporates quickly). The purity of this oil is excellent and great for all uses requiring a pure essential oil. As a licensed aromatherapist (UK & NZ), I am quite happy with this oil-it is a great value for the price. Also recommended is : "Gattefosse's Aromatherapy: The First Book on Aromatherapy" by Rene-Maurice Gattefosse (Author), Robert B. Tisserand (Editor) ~ a wonderful book that explains the "science" behind Aromatherapy & it's discovery by the chemist (1880's) Gattefosse.

Lavender Oil
I read that lavender oil repels some bugs like silverfish and I had noticed some in my house. I sprinkled the oil on the floor close to the wall and a little on the carpet and vacuumed. It smells good and I haven't seen any silverfish since then.
