Don't listen to others...these work!
My daughter had the most horrible build-up of earwax any doctor had ever seen. (from frequent ear infections as a toddler) She had wax literally filling her ear canal, all the way to the opening, packed hard! They tried and tried to remove it, soften it with peroxide, warm water, everything. What they ended up doing was making blood pour out of her ear and she was screaming! So I took her home and did some research online and found out about ear candles. We immediately purchased 20 of them (for use for her and our other family members) It took 11 ear candles for ONE ear and 7 for the other. It literally got out EVERY LAST BIT of earwax! They work! She could hear again and her ear canal was perfectly clear. The doctors were shocked. We've used them ever since.

Ear Candles
Ok, so I loved these Ear Candles! I purchased a different kind at a Health Store a while back ago and nothing really happened, plus (I clean my ears religously after the shower). Though when I tried these Ear Candles, let's just say, THEY WORKED. And I will be buying these again. Another thing, if you have allergies really bad this definitely takes the pressure out of your head! It's amazing. I never thought a paper wax candle could do this, but it does.

Ancient way to care for your ears
I have been using ear candles for about 18 years now, a friend told me about them when I was living on Maui. Because I have allergies, I tend to get a lot of wax build up in my ears. This is a safe and easy way to get it out. Here on Kauai, there are not many retail sources and the prices are crazy. This is an excellent product and the price is excellent too. I am so happy I found this on Amazon!

Best of beeswax candles
Slow burning, allows for better ear candling. Wally's candles are clearly the best. Larger size, well made. Better than others. Amazon can have nice price when in bulk, on sale. Buy the 12 count. Store easily in a drawer, no specific concerns. These have a nice extra feature-a small one way plastic valve at the bottom allows wax to flow only one way for certain. No scent, well constructed. No complaints.

It works
I would give this product 5 stars if not for the lack of good instructions. The candle works. I tried this because a few people told me how it helped them. I figured why not; if it didn't work for me, I could give the candles. It cleared my left ear which was clogged with wax. I was pretty amazed that it worked so well. I usually have to go to the clinic to have them clear my ear out. Its definitely cheaper than going to the doctors office. I would give this a 5 star review if not for the instructions. They are written inside the box so you have to pull all the candles out to read them. Also, they are not very clear. A small paper insert with some well written instructions and a diagram would be great. Fortunately, I phoned a friend to tell me how to properly use this.

used to love them, but hate new design
the new design has a piece of plastic inside the tip... this makes it impossible to unclog the candle during therapy. they cannot be taken out either. just when i thought i had a stand by brand... does anyone else have recommendations for ear candles that don't have this plastic piece, that are nice and slow burning, all natural beeswax?

Fantastic!
I kept getting dizzy and tried everything to make the feeling go away. My family doctor couldn't find anything and said my equilibrium was off. He suggested candeling my ears. It felt so good! Also, when I was done candeling, my dizziness was gone..he was right!!

Ear Coning Does Work
Those of you saying that ear coning is a "hoax" are completely wrong. I have been using ear cones for years and they indeed do work. Some of you say the wax in the cone after is "the wax from the cone itself". Ridiculous. There is a very simple way to prove my point. First take a q tip or similar and draw some ear wax out of your ear canal. Smell it then smell the ear cone before lighting it. Ear wax smells very different from the bees wax or parafin wax used in ear cones. There is no comparison to the smell. Bees wax or parafin have a relatively clean smell to them. Ear wax has a much more pungent smell due to the impurities in it. Then do an ear cone on yourself. Push the wax out collected at the bottom of the ear cone and squash it with your fingers and smell it. It smells exactly like the pungent smelling ear wax because it is. If ear coning is done properly, you will have a usually large amount of ear wax collected with a white chalky substance covering it. Trust me, this is not...

Work well!
I've been using these since I was young, b/c I have issues with ear wax build up to the point where I cannot hear, get dizzy, and migrain like headaches. These always work, although I do have to use more than one usually b/c its so bad. I am reviewing after reading the previous 1 star review. I can tell the difference between the wax from the candle and the wax fromm my ear after looking inside. Both color,and smell are different. (yuck) I have tried drops, and all the other dr. recommended ways to get rid of buildup and they have in fact only made it worse for me. The only thing that works better than these is a visit to the ENT who takes it out with a little hook. And b/c I have no insurance, this is our choice. Anyway, Definetly use with someone helping you, and follow the directions. We lie with my head in my husbands lap, and he holds the candle. It does work,and the proof is in the face that after I canhear again. Good luck!

Ear Cones
These are super.... I know alot of people don't believe they work but they do for daughter & myself. I guess that is all that matters. If your riding the fence about buying them it is worth a shot to see if they help your ears.
